What if Microsoft...
...had their own Credit Card?

The idea for this one came from the ad shown at the bottom of this page.

  • All your cash are belong to Bill
  • It could not be used to pay for open source software... oh wait...
  • All wallets would come bundled with one.
  • It would be illegal to remove or circumvent the one attached to your wallet.
  • If you got a new wallet, you would be required to get an interest rate "upgrade"
  • Activating your card is a premier service.
  • The card could import everything in your wallet – money, other cards, whatever. But never give it back.
  • Every so often, for no reason, your wallet would explode.
  • At check-out lines, you would have to agree to a 27 page EULA.
  • It would gladly enumerate your credit and purchase history to any device that asked it.

Hey, Linux does!
